Innovative solutions for the challenges children face around the globe
Even the very best innovations focused on social challenges can fail without enough financial backing.
But a new partnership between the Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative and UNICEF USA, the Duke-UNICEF Innovation Accelerator will support social impact entrepreneurs in finding and implementing solutions to the most pressing challenges facing children and youth worldwide.
“There’s not a lack of innovative ideas. There’s a lack of human resources and capital to really grow those ideas,” said Selwyn Rayzor ’93, who serves on the boards for Duke I&E and UNICEF USA.
This program will support innovators in acquiring the knowledge, tools and networks to achieve maximum impact.
