Pratt School of Engineering gets a new home

Duke Engineering’s new 150,000-square-foot academic building is set to open in 2020, providing a home for the school’s education, research and entrepreneurship initiatives. “This is a transformational project that will help catapult Duke Engineering to the next level of impact in education and research,” said Ravi V. Bellamkonda, Vinik Dean of Engineering.

The new $115 million building will expand student programming space by 50% and create new interdisciplinary research neighborhoods focused on health, computing and the environment.
